Client: The Trades Union Congress (TUC)
Location: National (England & Wales)
Overview
The TUC is the voice of over 5.5 million workers across 48 affiliated trade unions in England and Wales. As the UK’s national trade union centre, its mission is to protect workers’ rights, push for fair conditions, and champion dignity at work. This values-driven mission sits at the heart of Cave Digital’s own ethos—using digital platforms to stand up for what matters.
Our Role
For the past three years, Cave Digital has assisted with the TUC’s social media presence across platforms including X (Twitter), LinkedIn, Instagram, Threads, TikTok, and Bluesky. In a fast-moving political and social landscape, we’ve worked to make their messaging clear, powerful, and far-reaching—amplifying the fight for workers’ rights in the digital sphere.
What We Deliver
Multi-Platform Content Creation: Managing daily content across six social media platforms, ensuring consistent tone and strategy tailored to each audience.
Campaign & Content Strategy: Developing creative ideas that cut through online noise, from quick-react posts to bold, viral campaigns.
Political Messaging: Translating press releases and official policy into accessible, engaging posts that resonate with workers and the wider public.
Crisis & Rapid Response: Providing timely content and reaction during major political events, industrial actions, and government announcements—especially during ongoing campaigns against anti-worker policies.
Evolving the Message: As the political landscape shifted from Conservative leadership to a Labour government, we’ve helped position the TUC as both a watchdog and a proactive partner for worker-focused policy.
The Outcome
Over the past three years, we’ve helped the TUC grow its social media reach, sharpen its messaging, and consistently stay relevant in the national conversation—often going viral with bold, unapologetic posts. By turning complex policy into shareable content, we’ve empowered more people to understand, engage with, and support the fight for workers’ rights in the UK.
